摘要

本文设计了一个由32位ARM微控制器与基于32位RISCV架构的TurMass模块所实现的工业物联网无线数据传输单元,该单元以意法半导体公司STM32F072单片机为主端控制运行RTThread实时操作系统,利用TKD100模块进行TurMass无线传输。本文介绍了终端的硬件和软件设计,解决了工业物联网与电力领域一些设备工作环境受地域限制、数据传输不便的问题,为工厂设备故障诊断与维修提供了依据。

Abstract

This paper designs a wireless data transfer unit of industrial internet of things based on 32bit ARM microcontroller and TurMass module of 32bit RISCV architecture.The unit takes STM32F072 microcontroller unit of STMicroelectronics as the host control and running RTThread real-time operating system, and uses TKD100 module to carry out TurMass wireless transmission.The hardware and software design are introduced in this paper.It overcomes the problem that the working environment of some equipment in industrial Internet of things and power field is limited by region, and the data transmission is inconvenient.It provides a basis for fault diagnosis and maintenance of plant equipment.
