针对爆炸场破片测试中多台仪器需要同时触发的问题,制作了具有远程遥控功能的8通道同步触发器。使用FPGA和STM32单片机作为控制芯片,并使用合适的高精度晶振作为内部时钟源以保证高精度的定时控制。该设备可实现双通道触发输入,8通道同步触发输出,输入信号间的逻辑关系可设,输出信号的脉冲宽度可调。经实际检验可知,输出信号与输入信号之间的延时小于300 ns,各输出通道之间的同步性小于10 ns,具有较强的同步性,可应用于实际测试中,为记录设备、数据采集系统、高速相机、雷达等测试仪器提供同步触发信号,确保时基同步。
Abstract
In order to solve the problem that many instruments need to trigger simultaneously in fragment test of explosion field,an 8-channel synchronous trigger with remote control function is made.FPGA and STM32 microcontroller are used as the control chip,and appropriate high precision crystal excitation is used as the internal clock source to ensure high precision timing control.The device can realize double channel trigger input,8 channels synchronous trigger output,the logical relationship between the input signals can be set,the pulse width of the output signal can be adjusted.The actual test shows that the delay between the output signal and the input is less than 300 ns,and the synchronization between each output channel is less than 10 ns,with strong synchronization,which can be applied to the actual test to provide synchronous trigger signals for recording equipment,data acquisition system,high-speed camera,radar and other test instruments to ensure the synchronization of the time base.
