为了提高供应链数据的管理水平,首先设计了基于RPA机器人应用技术的供应链数据采集系统,利用互联网的三层架构方式,将RPA机器人与感知层数据进行通信,采用软硬件相结合的方式实现了供应链数据采集的功能,利用供应链RFID数据分析方法将供应链的RFID数据统一成供应链正常运行中的时间序列格式,从而实现对供应链数据的分析与应用。实验结果表明,在数据规模为1000时误报的次数只有12次,并且在数据规模小于1000时误报次数均少于12次。
Abstract
In order to improve the management level of supply chain data,a supply chain data acquisition system based on RPA robot application technology is first designed,using the three-layer architecture of the internet to communicate RPA robots and perception layer data,using a combination of hardware and software.The function of supply chain data collection is realized,and the method of supply chain RFID data analysis is used to unify the RFID data of the supply chain into the time series format in the normal operation of the supply chain,so as to realize the analysis and application of the supply chain data.The experiment results show that when the data scale is 1000,the number of false positives is only 12 times,and when the data scale is less than 1000,the number of false positives is less than 12 times.
