摘要

随着日益丰富的电力应用场景的出现,传统电能表无操作系统开发模式和以电能计量为核心业务的功能体系已经无法满足未来复杂多变的应用需求。为了拓展电能表的应用,响应OIML IR46电能表国际建议,国家电网有限公司提出了下一代电能表的技术标准。新标准全面优化了电能表的设计方案,提出了各功能模块统一平台、独立开发、独立运行、互不影响的技术要求。传统电能表的应用程序管理模式已经不能满足新标准的要求。本文提出了一种基于电能表操作系统的应用程序空间管理方法,能够在有限的软、硬件资源下实现应用软件存储空间的灵活管理与安全防护。

Abstract

With the emergence of increasingly abundant power application scenarios,the traditional development mode without operating system for electric energy meters and the functional system with electric energy measurement as the core business can no longer meet the complex and changeable application needs in the future.In order to expand the application of electric energy meters and respond to the international recommendations of OIML IR46 electric energy meters,State Grid Corporation of China proposed the technical standards for the next generation of electric energy meters.The new standard comprehensively optimizes the design scheme of electric energy meter,and puts forward the technical requirements of unified platform,independent development,independent operation and no mutual influence for each functional module.The traditional application management mode of electric energy meter can not meet the requirements of the new standard.This paper presents an application space management method based on watt hour meter operating system,which can realize flexible management and security protection of application software storage space under limited software and hardware resources.
