摘要

为及时了解泄水闸变形状况、确保水利枢纽工程安全运行,研究了基于三维成像技术的泄水闸水平位移瞬态探测方法。使用基于光学投影层析的三维成像技术采集泄水闸图像,通过基于图像处理技术的泄水闸水平位移瞬态探测方法,结合光斑识别、图像滤波、边缘检测、圆心拟合4种图像处理技术,提出光斑差分圆拟合中心定位算法,确定采集图像的光斑中心,将十字标靶中心位置作为参照点,测量光斑中心相对于参照点的偏移量,实现泄水闸水平位移瞬态探测。实验结果表明,所得光斑曲线轮廓完整度较高,且各图像光斑中心定位位置较为准确;各探测点的瞬态探测结果与采用监测伸缩仪获得的实际结果基本一致;泄水闸水平位移呈年周期性变化,并与温度成反比。

Abstract

In order to understand the deformation of sluice gate in time and ensure the safe operation of water conservancy project,the transient detection method of horizontal displacement of sluice gate based on three-dimensional imaging technology is studied.The three-dimensional imaging technology based on optical projection tomography is used to collect the sluice image.Through the transient detection method of sluice horizontal displacement based on image processing technology,combined with four image processing technologies:spot recognition,image filtering,edge detection and circle center fitting,a spot differential circle fitting center positioning algorithm is proposed to determine the spot center of the collected image,taking the center position of the cross target as the reference point,the offset of the spot center relative to the reference point is measured to realize the transient detection of the horizontal displacement of the sluice.The experiment results show that the integrity of the facula curve is high,and the position of the facula center of each image is more accurate.The transient detection results of each detection point are basically consistent with the actual results obtained by the monitoring extensometer.The horizontal displacement of the sluice gate changes periodically every year and is inversely proportional to the temperature.
