摘要
本文介绍了TI 公司Sitara 系列 AM437x处理器集成的QSPI接口的基本结构、工作原理和工作模式;并深入分析了QSPI协议,借助现有IP资源,采用Verilog HDL语言对QSPI接口进行描述,在EDA工具的支持下完成了QSPI接口的自主设计;最后搭建仿真验证平台,以QSPI接口连接串行NOR Flash为应用实例进行仿真验证并顺利通过。
Abstract
In the paper,the composition,working principle and working mode of QSPI integrated in TI's Sitara series AM437x processors are introduced.And the QSPI protocol is analyzed,the existing IP resources are used to describe the QSPI interface with Verilog HDL,and complete the independent design of the QSPI interface with the support of the EDA tool.At the end,the simulation verification platform is built,and the simulation verification is performed by connecting the serial NOR Flash to the QSPI interface for communication,and it passes smoothly.
