针对传统的VOCs有害气体检测装备无法实现对气体数据的保存及远程检测功能的问题,设计了一种结合单片机、无线通信、上位机和数据库技术的有害气体检测系统。该系统采用STM32单片机,结合辅助模块MS1100气体传感器和ESP8266-01S无线模块等设备作为下位机数据采集装置,通过无线模块把数据上传至上位机,实现了对监测空间中的甲苯、甲醛等VOCs有害气体的检测及其数据上传至MySQL云端数据库进行永久保存的功能。
Abstract
In view of the fact that the traditional VOCs harmful gas detection equipment cannot realize the function of saving and remote detection of gas data,a harmful gas detection system is designed in the paper,which combines single chip microcomputer,wireless communication,host computer and database technology.The system uses STM32 single chip microcomputer,combined with the auxiliary module MS1100 gas sensor and ESP8266-01S wireless module as the data acquisition device of the lower computer.Through the wireless module,the data is uploaded to the upper computer,and the function of detecting toluene,formaldehyde and other VOCs harmful gases in the monitoring space and uploading the data to MySQL cloud database for permanent storage is realized.
