针对电力物联网海量终端的快速接入需求,提出了一种基于HPLC载波IP化的即插即用设计。该设计通过为每一个终端设备配置IP地址构建设备协议栈,将不同的数据通信协议转换为IPv6协议进行传输,以此满足物联网中海量设备的互联要求,实现终端设备的即插即用。在此基础上,选用STM32为主控芯片,通过设计过零检测、调制输出、检波输入等关键电路,完成HPLC载波通信模块硬件系统。测试结果表明,本设计可有效提升终端接入和系统升级效率。
Abstract
Aiming at the increasing access demands of intelligent terminals in the power Internet of Things,a plug-play system based on HPLC IP technology is designed.In the system,the IP addresses are assigned to each intelligent terminal,and then a protocol library of different intelligent terminals is constructed.Based on the protocol library,different communication protocols are transformed IPv6 protocol,which results in intelligent terminals plug-play.On this basis,the key circuits are designed,including zero cross detection circuit,modulation output circuit and detector input circuit.The hardware system based on STM32 is developed.The test results show that the proposed plug-play design can significantly improve the access time and upgrade efficiency.
