摘要

针对矿用装备操作系统存在的没有统一协议、国有化程度较低等问题,本文采用Hi3861芯片作为主控制器,设计了集温湿度传感器、光照传感器、LED应急灯和motor应急通风模块于一体的智能井下环境探测系统,实现了环境数据采集以及应急处理功能,并且可以通过华为云平台实现实时监测和控制。实验结果表明,与同类产品比较,该系统操作简单、读数精确、安全稳定、成本较低,可以广泛应用于实际生产中。

Abstract

At present,there are problems in the operating system of mining equipment, such as no unified agreement and low nationalization degree.Therefore,this paper adopts Hi3861 chip as the main controller,integrates the intelligent underground environment monitoring system of temperature and humidity sensor,illumination sensor,LED emergency light and motor emergency ventilation module, and realizes the environmental data collection and emergency processing functions.In addition,Huawei cloud platform can be used for real-time monitoring and control.The experiment results show that compared with similar products,the system is simple in operation,accurate in reading,safe and stable,the cost is low,and can be widely used in the actual production.
