摘要

为了满足仪器仪表设备在工作过程中对于数据采集准确性、灵活性以及实时性的要求,设计了一种基于PXI总线的多通道数据采集板卡。本设计采用Xilinx公司的K7系列FPGA芯片作为主控制器,实现了多路采集的可控性、500k~1 Msps采样率及采样点数的可调性、数据存储传输与上位机显示4个主要功能;系统硬件板卡搭载8路A/D芯片采集不同电压信号,范围为±40 V,数据缓存采用DDR3 SDRAM,通过PXI总线进行数据交互,由上位机下发各项命令完成各项指标与功能。

Abstract

In order to address the requirements of accuracy,flexibility and real-time data acquisition in the working process of instrumentation equipment,the multi-channel data acquisition board based on PXI bus is designed.The design uses Xilinx's K7 series FPGA chip as the master control to achieve the four main functions of controllability of multi-channel acquisition,500k~1 Msps sampling rate and adjustability of sampling points,data storage and transmission and upper computer display.The system hardware board is equipped with 8-channel A/D chips for the acquisition of different voltage signals in the range of ±40 V,and the data cache uses DDR3 SDRAM,data interaction through the PXI bus,the upper computer to send various commands to complete the indicators and functions.
