Design of Miniaturized Multi-channel Ultrasonic Storage Test System

Abstract

In order to meet the requirements of small size,strong anti-interference ability and independent storage test for solid rocket engine in array ultrasonic test,a miniaturized multi-channel ultrasonic storage test system is designed in the paper.Firstly,the ultrasonic transmitting circuit and ADC acquisition circuit are designed.ZYNQ 7020 is used as the main control chip to drive the two circuits.The LVDS high-speed ADC interface,AXI A/D IP core and DMA high-speed transmission module are designed using PL resources to achieve bipolar ultrasonic excitation and 10 MHz multi-channel synchronous acquisition.Secondly,eMMC storage module and external control function are developed by using PS resources.Finally,the experiment results show that the designed multi-channel ultrasonic storage test system works stably and can obtain ultrasonic echo signal effectively.
