Design of Ethernet Interface Data Forwarding Device Controlled by FPGA

Abstract

The data forwarding device designed in this paper is a part of an aircraft image acquisition device.The data forwarding device takes FPGA as the main control core and W5300 as the main interface chip to build Ethernet interface module,USB communication module and power management module.It mainly realizes the function of supplying power to the visible light acquisition equipment and transmitting the collected image data to the host computer or data storage device after framing and packaging.The experimental results show that the data forwarding device has reliable power supply,data transmission rate of 4 Mbps and stable performance.It has been widely used in aircraft flight test.
