Design of Atmospheric Aerosol Laser Scanning Imaging Control System Based on FPGA
The material information in atmospheric aerosol is complex and diverse.In order to better collect the particle size information in atmospheric aerosol,a portable laser scanning imaging device based on FPGA is designed.The control system of the device includes FPGA chip,DAC module,ADC module,vibrating mirror system,485 serial communication and network image transmission module.The upper computer sends instructions,and two DAC modules output voltage signals to control the galvanometer to scan globally in mutually perpendicular directions.Combined with the optical imaging system,the atmospheric aerosol samples are scanned and imaged.The experiment results show that the control system can realize accurate laser flying spot scanning and photoelectric signal conversion,and complete high-speed transmission of scanned image data,which meets the requirements of rapid and high-resolution collection of atmospheric aerosol particle size.
