In order to address the requirements of accuracy,flexibility and real-time data acquisition in the working process of instrumentation equipment,the multi-channel data acquisition board based on PXI bus is designed.The design uses Xilinx's K7 series FPGA chip as the master control to achieve the four main functions of controllability of multi-channel acquisition,500k~1 Msps sampling rate and adjustability of sampling points,data storage and transmission and upper computer display.The system hardware board is equipped with 8-channel A/D chips for the acquisition of different voltage signals in the range of ±40 V,and the data cache uses DDR3 SDRAM,data interaction through the PXI bus,the upper computer to send various commands to complete the indicators and functions.
