Accuracy Measurement System of ADC Built in MCU

Abstract

Today,MCU are basically integrated with the internal ADC,the accuracy is getting higher and higher.But for customers who require high ADC precision,to accurately evaluate the ADC precision of a MCU chip needs to build a precision measurement system.In the paper,an automatic measurement system is introduced which is based on software and hardware,which can not only realize the precision measurement of ADC,but also calculate the key error parameters of ADC quickly after measurement,thus,fast and accurate measurement of ADC precision can be realized.
