Design of Data Recording System Based on Domestic Large-capacity eMMC

Abstract

In the paper, a data recording system is designed based on domestic large capacity eMMC chip.The experiment results show that the system is effectiveness and reliable.It can achieve more than 100G data storage capacity, reliable data transmission and storage, and greater than 20 Mbps data reading rate, which meets the design requirements of domestic large-capacity data recording system.
