Design of Robot Inspection in 3D Digital Operation and Maintenance Platform

Abstract

In the paper, the disadvantages of traditional inspection are introduced, and the functions of inspection robot and three-dimensional visualization technology are analyzed.Then the requirements of inspection robot operation are analyzed, and the design of database for system operation is briefly introduced.The three-dimensional digital operation and maintenance platform is constructed, and the three-dimensional visual management is realized by combining with NGUI (Next-Gen UI) technology.Finally, the running effect of the system is demonstrated and evaluated.The experiment results show that the robot inspection system combined with NGUI technology can better realize the display of three-dimensional images, and the operation and maintenance platform can well reflect the benefits of collaborative management of three-dimensional digital operation and maintenance platform.
