Abstract

Aiming at the requirement of precise positioning of the workpiece in the production line,a system with intelligent edge recognition and alarming based on LabVIEW and NI myRIO is designed and completed by integrating the LabVIEW of graphical programming and the embedded NI myRIO technology.The system realizes the functions of image acquisition,edge detection,straightness calculation,and anti-theft alarm.Real-time processing and analysis of the images collected by the system camera,applied to certain links in industrial processing and production,help to improve production efficiency,and realize an intelligent workshop with unmanned detection and remote alarm.
