Aiming at the problems of slow transmission rate,low reliability and poor intelligence of traditional memory using single copy eMMC,an eMMC high-speed array-based double backup intelligent storage system is designed.By dividing four 64 GB Samsung eMMC chips KLMCG8GESDB04Q into two arrays,it uses parallel operation for dual-backup storage.It also adds the function of power failure renewal.Even if there is an occasional transient power failure of the system,it don’t cause the stored data to be overwritten.The test and data analysis results show that the write speed is 152 MB/s,the read speed is 83 MB/s,and the storage capacity is 118 GB.Even if a limited number of eMMC are damaged,the memory is still able to fulfill the technical requirements of the space flight recorder.
