In the paper,the working principle and mode of the SDRAM storage controller integrated with NXP's PowerQUICC II series MPC8280 processor are introduced.On a domestic 8280 embedded system development board,use an SDRAM storage controller to read and write four SDRAM chips.The results of the paper indicate that the domestically produced 8280 processor SDRAM storage controller functions normally,can access SDRAM peripheral memory.
