Special Topic of Cryogenic Integrated Circuits Design
With the deep integration of integrated circuit technology with quantum computing, high-performance computing and other cutting-edge fields, innovative and forward-looking emerging research directions in cryogenic integrated circuits are accelerating. Quantum bit measurement and control chips and distributed quantum computing interconnection chips inside dilution refrigerators are key to the large-scale expansion and practicalization of quantum computing. Cryogenic computing chips in liquid nitrogen and other media show great potential in improving computing power and breaking energy consumption bottlenecks. In addition, interdisciplinary research on space-borne computing power is attracting academic attention, making cryogenic integrated circuit technology a frontier driving interdisciplinary integration and new applications.
